At Nala’s Pet Co. Ltd, we’re committed to delivering your pet’s essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for orders placed through our website or over the phone.


1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom – Standard and Express Shipping options available.

  • Local delivery may be available within Plymouth & surrounding areas.

  • We do not currently ship internationally.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free shipping may be offered on orders over [e.g. £100 or within Plymouth, UK and surrounding areas], before tax and after discounts.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s progress directly from the carrier’s website.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@nalaspetco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbours or your local post office before reaching out.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


6. In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

We offer free in-store pickup at our retail location:

Pickup hours: Tuesday-Friday 9.30-18:00, Saturday 9.30-16:00 & Sunday 10:00-15:00hrs

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 24 hours.
