Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Perishable items, opened pet food/treats, and customized/personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@nalaspetco.com, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
